Thank you for your inquiry about our facility. We offer a variety of different things here at Wells Stables. We have private and group lessons for children and adults. We also have Summer Horsemanship Camp for children 5 years old to 18 yrs old. We do boarding of horses by the day, week or month.
Our lessons are private to begin with and can be combined in a group after the first few classes. I prefer to work one-on-one at first so we can have a good format for our first few classes. Other arrangements can be made if there is more than one in a family taking lessons. I have three different options on the classes. Classes can be paid for one at a time for a fee of $30.00 per class per student. I also have packages of 6 lessons for $150.00 which makes them $25.00 each, and packages of 12 lessons for $250.00 which makes them around $20.00 each These packages are to be paid in advance and can be split between family members.
The Summer Horsemanship Camps are all summer long every other week. They start at 1:00 pm and last until 8:00 pm for 5 days, Monday through Friday. The fee for the camp is $400.00 for the week. Please go here, call, or email for more details and dates.
The boarding charge for a stall in the barn with full feed and bedding is $350.00 per month. Boarding charge in the pasture is $225.00 and includes the feeding twice a day. We have no option for just pasture alone. There are some extra optional fees, for more information please visit the ‘Boarding’ page.
